Apply today for a chance to earn weekly pay, grow your skills in CNC machining, and enjoy a supportive work environment! **WEEKLY PAY, GUARANTEED OVERTIME, AND IMMEDIATE START ONCE OFFERED!!** **Shift/Pay:** + 1st Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (with a one-hour lunch break from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM) + Pay Range is from $25 to $35 based on experience **Description:** + Set up and operate CNC Mills and CNC Lathes using work instructions, drawings, procedures, tooling, fixtures, and programs. + Work from blueprints, SolidWorks, and CAD drawings. + Edit machine programs using G Code to set speeds, depths, and feeds. + Operate machines with FANUC controls. + Machine parts from aluminum, mild steel, and stainless steel. + Recommend tool offsets or program edits as needed. + Perform quality inspections of final parts using calipers, micrometers, dials, gauges, etc. + Machine parts with tight tolerances of +/- .001-.003. **Qualifications/Skills:** + Minimum 3-5 years of experience in CNC setup, operation, and machining. + Proficiency in editing G&M Code. + Experience with multi-axis (3-5 axis) CNC machinery. + Ability to perform multiple changeovers and tooling changes. + Familiarity with FANUC controls. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and CAD drawings. + Experience with parts inspection using various measuring tools. **Additional Skills & Qualifications:** + Experience with GibbsCAM software or comparable software such as MasterCAM or Fusion360. + Manual machining experience is a significant plus. + CNC programming experience is advantageous. + Team player with a self-motivated attitude and the ability to take feedback well. + Consistent work history and tenure. **Benefits (Once Permanent)** + Medical, dental, and vision insurance after 90 days. + 401K plan with a 3% match after one year. + Sick pay after 120 days. + Vacation time starts at 40 hours after one year, with additional time added annually. + Weekly bagel breakfasts, summer BBQs, a temperature-controlled and clean work environment, scheduling flexibility, an on-site gym, a kitchen and dining area, free coffee, snacks, and drinks, and a hands-off management style with frequent opportunities for overtime. **Work Environment:** + Work in a temperature-controlled and well-lit machine shop equipped with state-of-the-art CNC technology.
