Job Description
We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our team. This role involves setting up and operating CNC mills or lathes, inspecting products, and ensuring consistent quality throughout the manufacturing process. You will work closely with Quality Control and perform secondary operations as needed. Our company has been a leader in custom manufacturing for nearly 40 years, serving a variety of industries including semiconductor, electronics, optical, and energy.
ResponsibilitiesSet up and run mills or lathesInspect first run products and make necessary adjustments in collaboration with Quality ControlConsistently inspect parts during manufacturing to maintain qualityCreate fixtures and clamps for various jobs as neededMachine parts and compare them to blueprints to ensure accuracyPerform secondary operations such as tapping and deburringEssential Skills3+ years of machining experience with CNC mills or lathesExperience with setting up machines (1-4 setups per day)Ability to make minor edits on machines using Fanuc ControlsProficiency in machining, both vertical and horizontal millsAbility to inspect parts and read blueprintsFamiliarity with GD&T and toolingShift & Environment:

Shifts:
Days (Monday - Thursday, 6am - 4:30pm)
Swing (Monday - Thursday, 4:15pm - 2:45am)
Weekend (Friday - Sunday, 5am - 5:30pm).
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
