Cnc Machinist
**Job Title: CNC Machinist** **Responsibilities** + Generate programs for 3 and 5 axis routers, mills, and other machining centers. + Design and develop tooling and machining fixtures. + Read and comprehend work orders, production instructions, 2D Prints, and 3D Models + Track and document all revisions to product drawings and tooling + Partner with Engineering and Sales to ensure parts meet customer specifications + Provide feedback to management on potential risks, possible improvements, and problem resolution + Ensure all projects/parts comply with required specifications and meet quality standards + Precisely machine parts to specifications using machine tools; CNC mills, 3 and 5 axis routers; Haas, Fadal, DMS + Accurately calculate dimensions and tolerances using mathematics and measuring instruments such as gauges, calipers, and micrometers + Complete machine set-ups to part specifications + Monitor the feed and speed of machines during the machining process + Ensure that materials and molds meet quality standards and are production ready + Assist with machine maintenance and adhere to maintenance schedules **Essential Skills** + Experience in machine shop, job shop, or production environments + Knowledge of MasterCAM and SolidWorks + Proficient with CAD/CAM systems **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with CNC machine setup, operation, and programming + Proficiency in reading and understanding blueprints and mechanical drawings **Why Work Here?** You will have the opportunity to learn and operate many different types of machines in a clean and well-maintained shop environment.
