**Job Title:** CNC machinist (Milling) Direct Hire **Pay:** 28-32/hr (Depending on Experience) **Job Description:** Custom machine shop specializes in designing and building custom polyurethane foaming fixtures since 1983. During that time, we have designed and built a variety of equipment. From insulated door and HVAC panel fixtures to both automated and manual cabinet foaming stations. **Essential Job Functions:** • Setting up CNC Hass Mill VFN and VF4 • Setting up manual Bridgeport electronic Lathe with a digital readout. They are willing to train, this electronic readout is easy to pick up) • Will be taking and machining custom parts from blueprints and handling, program edits, tooling changes, troubleshooting, and shutting down the machine. • 5-10 setups per day • Inspecting parts visually and with micrometers, calipers, gauge pins, thread pins **Skills Required:** • 2+ years of setup experience with Hass Mills • Read, interpret, and follow basic blueprints, cut lists, diagrams, engineering drawings, and specifications. • Math skills to take precise measurements and make calculations. • Read blueprints and take or read measurements to plan layout and procedures. • Inspect finished parts for flaws and defects. • Knowledge of how to operate grinders. **Worksite Location:** St. Paul MN **Benefits:** • 401k Match • Medical, dental, vision • PTO (on contract to hire as well!!) • 7 Days Holiday pay (on contract to hire as well!!) • 1.5 time on Saturday and double time on Sunday • Training for pay bumps. • PPE provided. • Looking to double their facility so the opportunity for various leadership opportunities. **Work Environment:** • Custom job shop that is a clean, well-lit, and organized facility • Comfortable climate year-round **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $58000.00 - $66560.00 - 401k Match - Medical, dental, vision - PTO (on contract to hire as well!!) - 7 Days Holiday pay (on contract to hire as well!!) - 1.5 time on Saturday and double time on Sunday - Training for pay bumps - PPE provided - Looking to double their facility so the opportunity for various leadership opportunity **Workplace Type** This is a fully onsite position in Saint Paul,MN. **Application Deadline** This position will be accepting applications until Jan 1, 2025. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
