CNC machinist (Milling)

28-32/hr (Depending on Experience) 

Job Description:

Custom machine shop specializes in designing and building custom polyurethane foaming fixtures since 1983. During that time, we have designed and built a variety of equipment. From insulated door and HVAC panel fixtures to both automated and manual cabinet foaming stations.

Essential Job Functions:

•\tSetting up CNC Hass Mill VFN and VF4

•\tSetting up manual Bridgeport electronic Lathe with a digital readout. They are willing to train, this electronic readout is easy to pick up)

•\tWill be taking and machining custom parts from blueprints and handling, program edits, tooling changes, troubleshooting, and shutting down the machine.

•\t5-10 setups per day

•\tInspecting parts visually and with micrometers, calipers, gauge pins, thread pins

Skills Required: 

•\t2+ years of setup experience with Hass Mills

•\tRead, interpret, and follow basic blueprints, cut lists, diagrams, engineering drawings, and specifications.

•\tMath skills to take precise measurements and make calculations.

•\tRead blueprints and take or read measurements to plan layout and procedures.

•\tInspect finished parts for flaws and defects.

•\tKnowledge of how to operate grinders.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58000.00 - $66560.00
