Job Title: CNC Machinist

Pay: $52,000.00 - $66,560.00

Location: Fairview, OR

Responsibilities: 

As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for machining 3-axis large parts for the material handling attachment industry. Your tasks will include using G&M codes to edit setups, feeds, and speeds, as well as loading tooling and fixtures according to job instructions.

Qualifications: 

To be successful in this role, you should have experience moving large parts with jib cranes and setting up and proving out 3-axis parts on CNC mills.

Environment/Shift: 

You will work in very clean workstations, with rising platforms and jib cranes to move the parts. When the machines are running, you will be expected to do some assembly or help out in other areas of production. The facility has a dedicated fixture program with its own tools and tool crib. The average tenure of employees is 14-16 years. The day shift runs from 5:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Thursday, while the swing shift runs from 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM, Monday to Thursday. You will start on the day shift and move to the swing shift once you can fully run the machine on your own, as there is no programming support on the swing shift.

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $66560.00/yr.

Full medical, dental, and vision benefits are offered. Employees are eligible for monthly bonuses up to 20% of their earnings for meeting production goals.
