**CNC Machinist Lead** **$27-33/hour |** Erlanger, KY Aerotek is looking for CNC Machinist Leads in the Northern Kentucky area. **Job Description:** + Set up and operate CNC equipment including fixtures and tooling + Utilization of CNC mills and/or lathes + Inspect parts utilizing micrometers, calipers, gages, etc. + Read and interpret engineered blueprint drawings + Load and unload parts up to 50lbs + Must be comfortable assisting with other duties on the worksite as needed **Requirements:** + 2 or more years as a Team Lead in manufacturing, particularly in a skilled machining environment + Proficient in operation of CNC mills and/or lathes + Proficient in operation of manual mills and/or lathes + Ability to perform machine set ups and/or tooling changes + Ability to modify programs including G&M, conversational, Mazatrol, etc. + Proficient in reading blueprints + Possess solid problem-solving abilities + Must be able to use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gages) **Compensation:** + $27-33/hour dependent on experience + All shifts available + Weekly pay + Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance + 401k and Retirement options + Growth opportunities as the company is growing/expanding **\#MachinistNKY** **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $33.00/hr. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $56160.00 - $66560.00 Medical, dental, vision, prescription drug coverage, 401k retirement savings plans, discounts, tuition reimbursement, etc. **Workplace Type** This is a fully onsite position in Florence,KY. **Application Deadline** This position will be accepting applications until Dec 26, 2024. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
