**Job Title: CNC Machinist Lead**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist Lead to perform setup and operation on 3-4 3-axis mills and lathes. The ideal candidate will have experience in CNC machining and be proficient in operating and troubleshooting CNC equipment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform setup and operation on 3-4 3-axis mills and lathes.
+ Utilize Mastercam for CNC programming and troubleshooting.
+ Read and interpret blueprints for accurate machining.
+ Ensure precision and quality in all machined parts.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with CNC machines.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in CNC machining.
+ Experience with 3-axis mills and lathes.
+ Knowledge of Mastercam for CNC programming.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Strong troubleshooting skills for CNC equipment.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with AutoCAD.
+ Previous experience in a lead or supervisory role is a plus.

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Permanent position based out of Orlando, Florida.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $72800.00/yr.

**Workplace Type**
This is a fully onsite position in Orlando,FL.
