CNC Machinist & Programmer

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist/Programmer with strong experience in CNC machining and programming to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience, be proficient in G&M codes, and possess the ability to set up and operate various CNC machines. This position involves working in a clean, industrial manufacturing environment with opportunities for overtime and skill advancement.

Shift

6am-4:30pm

Monday - Thursday

ResponsibilitiesInput G&M codes and program, set up, and operate Fadal and HAAS CNC Machining Centers.Set up and run conventional lathes, milling centers, and other machine shop equipment.Perform First Piece inspections for machine shop and detail parts.Read and interpret blueprints and work drawings.Use measuring devices such as rulers, squares, protractors, micrometers, and tape measures.Ensure the safe and efficient operation of all machinery and equipment.Essential Skills & Qualifications3+ years of CNC machining and programming experience.Proficiency in G codes & M codes.Ability to read and understand blueprints and work drawings.Experience with Bridgeport milling centers, conventional lathes, drills, and related machinery.Proficiency in using measuring devices such as rulers, squares, protractors, micrometers, and calipers.High School Diploma or Equivalent.Completion of a Machining program from a technical school.Forklift experience is helpful.Experience in Tool and Die is preferred.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $35.00
