Type: Full-Time; Temp to Direct hire (opportunity for growth)

Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00AM -3:30PM (40/week)

Location: Lawrenceville, GA 30043

Pay: $20-24 per hour (based on experience, paid weekly)

Your Role: As a CNC Machinist /Programmer, you'll be responsible for creating precision tools and dies that power industries, ensuring absolute accuracy in every cut. You'll set up and operate grinding machinery, make precise adjustments, and be a key player in our quality-driven culture.

Core Responsibilities:

Plan, Schedule, and Execute: Set up equipment with precision measuring devices, attachments, and fixtures to maximize output.

Grind with Precision: Shape tools and dies to exact dimensions, making precise cuts with advanced grinding technology.

Master Measurements: Calculate dimensions, widths, and angles using micrometers, scales, and gauges, ensuring flawless accuracy.

Wheel Expert: Remove, dress, and install grinding wheels while applying in-depth knowledge of abrasives and procedures.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Expert blueprint and CAD drawing interpretation

Proficiency in using precision measuring tools for quality control inspections

Eagerness to learn, grow, and adapt to new challenges

Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED

5+ years of CNC Machinist experience

3+ years of grinding experience

Journeyman Certification & Amada machine experience a plus

Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
