What to know: 

The Operator can change programs, monitor temperatures and operate the parts handling system. Failure to perform satisfactorily may result in scrap, rework, delay, dissatisfied customers and added cost to the organization.

 

Requirements:

Pays attention to details Independently motivated and organized Must be able to lift 50 lbs. (anything over requires 2 people or lift device) Must be able to stand for entire shift (except during break time)
