**Job Title: CNC Machinist** **Job Description** As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for executing pre-planned manufacturing operations to produce products that meet quality and delivery requirements to support business targets. You will perform various tasks, including setup, operation, and maintenance of equipment, ensuring that all parts meet quality standards. **Responsibilities** + Setup fixtures per pre-planned manufacturing instructions to ensure proper alignment. + Setup parts per pre-planned manufacturing instructions to ensure proper alignment. + Setup tools per pre-planned manufacturing instructions to ensure proper dimensions. + Operate machining operations per pre-planned manufacturing instructions to meet quality requirements. + Inspect parts using gauges, calipers, micrometers, etc., to ensure parts meet quality requirements. + Perform operations such as deburr, airflow, heat treat, sizing, correction, etc., per pre-planned manufacturing instructions to meet quality requirements. + Maintain equipment per preventive maintenance requirements to ensure reliable machine operation. **Essential Skills** + High School diploma or GED. + 2-years of close tolerance CNC Machining experience, or Trade School Certificate or Apprenticeship Tool & Die Program. + Ability to work independently and take on new challenges and assignments. + Ability to interact and communicate effectively at all levels. + Strong problem-solving skills within area of expertise. + Ability to learn and use multiple business system software. + Competent in reading blueprints and work instructions. + Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with CNC milling, CAD/CAM, and AutoCAD. + Experience with drill press, mechanical grinding, and programming. + Competency in applying mathematical methods and reading skills. **Why Work Here?** You will join a dynamic team that values innovation and continuous improvement. The work environment includes the use of advanced machining equipment and tools, such as CNC mills and grinders.
