As a CNC Maintenance Technician you will:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tPerform a wide variety of tasks associated with servicing, repairing or operation of most CNC machine tools\r\n\tUse precision test equipment to analyze, troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical and electrical problems\r\n\tAdvanced operation of CNC controls from different manufacturers\r\n\tSuccessfully coordinate and complete the installation of all machine tools\r\n\tTroubleshoot and repair electronic circuitry to component level\r\n\tPerform a variety of advanced specialized machine tool repair processes\r\n\tAdvanced machine tool knowledge and terminology\r\n\r\n\r\n

This is a Full-Time 2nd Shift Opportunity.

\r\n\r\n

Hours are 3:30pm-12midnight

\r\n\r\n

The ideal candidate will have:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tHigh School Diploma/GED required; Trade certification preferred.\r\n\tMust have 8+ years of preventative maintenance experience.\r\n\tMust have working knowledge including hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, electrical repair and PLC.\r\n\tMust have excellent verbal and written skills.\r\n\tMust be able to coordinate multiple job effectives and handle detailed and broad range projects while meeting deadlines.\r\n\tMust have experience with interface tools for Allen Bradley or GE Fanuc, PLCs.\r\n\tYou will need to have a strong attention to detail and the ability to work with minimal supervision required.\r\n\tMust be able to physically complete required tasks including standing for extended periods of time, stoop, bend, climb ladders/stairs, work on roofs and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50lbs.\r\n\tMust be able to locate sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; listening for problems; using precision measuring and testing instruments.\r\n\r\n\r\n

?Pay Rate: $30-35/hr
