**Job Title: CNC Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
We are seeking two skilled CNC Maintenance Technicians to monitor CNC production. The individuals will be responsible for maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment in the facility, which includes troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing various systems.
**Responsibilities**
+ Monitor and maintain CNC production equipment
+ Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
+ Repair and replace mechanical and electrical components
+ Perform preventive maintenance and machine set up
+ Handle valve changes, tool changes, and coolant changes
+ Maintain and repair conveyors, sensors, washers, and motors
+ Work with 3 phase motors, DC motors, and servo motors
+ Manage fuses and fuse boxes, circuits, relays, switches, and panels
+ Conduct CNC mechanical repairs and tooling adjustments
**Essential Skills**
+ 3+ years of electrical troubleshooting up to 480v
+ Understanding of servo motors and their operation, including repair and maintenance
+ Ability to manipulate CNC machine programs
+ Experience with AC/DC motor repair and replacement
+ Sensor replacement and repair
+ 3+ years of mechanical troubleshooting
+ Experience with CNC mechanical repairs, tooling, offsets, and setups
+ Knowledge of coolant replacement, valve changes, and washer repairs
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with blueprint reading
+ Mechanical and electrical repair skills
+ Preventive maintenance experience
+ Machine set up and change over experience

**Work Environment**
The work environment is a clean and organized CNC facility. The position offers 2nd and 3rd shift opportunities with premiums for each shift. The 2nd shift runs from 3:00pm-11:00pm with a $1 premium, and the 3rd shift runs from 11:00pm-7:00am with a .75 premium. Employees typically work 6-7 days per week, with the goal of reducing to a 5-6 day workweek.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Permanent position based out of Detroit, Michigan.
