Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a CNC Maintenance Technician, responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our CNC machines. The work schedule is afternoon to support our 24/7 facility. Additional shift premium applies. Responsibilities: + Perform preventive maintenance on CNC machines to ensure continuous operation. + Identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues promptly. + Collaborate with the maintenance team to implement improvements and upgrades. + Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance. + Conduct routine inspections to proactively address potential issues. Requirements Requirements: + Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics. + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Effective communication and collaboration abilities. Qualifications: + High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus. + Experience with CNC machines and CNC machine maintenance is a plus.
