**Job Title: 1st Shift CNC Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, troubleshooting, and overhauling machines and equipment to support plant operations. This includes working with CNC machine tools, forklifts, cranes, and other critical plant equipment. This position is on the 1st shift, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. **Responsibilities** + Maintain, repair, troubleshoot, and overhaul machines and equipment to support plant operations, including CNC machine tools, forklifts, cranes, and other critical plant equipment. + Conduct inspections of equipment to prevent downtime. + Assist in disassembling, moving, and assembling machines. + Perform tasks related to building and facilities, including moving or repairing office and lunchroom furniture or equipment, changing lightbulbs, plumbing, and basic HVAC. **Essential Skills** + Electrical: At least 5 years of experience repairing and troubleshooting 480v production equipment. + Mechanical: At least 5 years of experience repairing and troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic production equipment. + Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and repair manuals. + Ability to troubleshoot and repair CNC machines, and to test, set, and adjust controls for proper operation of CNC equipment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in at least 3 of the following skills: welding, cranes, air compressors, forklift maintenance, plumbing, HVAC, large motors. **Why Work Here?** We offer comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401k plan, 10 paid holidays per year, and paid time off.
