CNC Maintenance Technician
**Job Title: CNC Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** Perform scheduled maintenance and unscheduled repairs on all manufacturing machines in areas such as electrical, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Engage in machinery rebuilds, reconditioning, and modifications of an advanced nature. Work with rough drawings, schematic layouts, technical manuals, and general descriptions of desired outcomes. Maintain CNC machines according to engineering drawings, understanding dimensions related to repeatability, equipment capabilities, tooling, and scaled-up production. Have a solid background in industrial electrical work, specifically wiring. **Responsibilities** + Perform scheduled maintenance and unscheduled repairs on all manufacturing machines. + Engage in machinery rebuilds, reconditioning, and modifications of an advanced nature. + Work with rough drawings, schematic layouts, technical manuals, and general descriptions of desired outcomes. + Maintain CNC machines according to engineering drawings. + Understand dimensions related to repeatability, equipment capabilities, tooling, and scaled-up production. + Troubleshoot CNC equipment and ensure planned maintenance procedures are completed and documented. **Essential Skills** + Experience in electrical work and maintenance. + Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics. + Ability to perform preventive maintenance. + Experience with machining and mechanical work. + Ability to troubleshoot CNC equipment. + Autonomous and open to learning unique equipment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with saws is a plus. + Experience with working with external vendors. + Oversee lockout/tagout program. + Ability to work with other departments. + Be very safety conscious. **Work Environment** Work in a clean 100,000 square foot facility. The environment is busy, manufacturing-oriented, and not climate controlled, but very clean and well organized. You will work closely with the Plant Manager, Engineering Team, and Production Teams. The team environment is very close-knit, handling large pieces of glass, sheet metal, and steel frames. The position is on the FIRST SHIFT with hours from 7 AM to 4 PM. **Job Type & Location** This position is based out of CHESTER, Virginia. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
