**Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** + Diagnose problems on machines and equipment. + Use diagnostic tools: voltage meters, ohm meters, phase rotation testers, micrometers, and laser equipment. + Working from drawings, specifications, and schematics. + Complete fitting of spindles/bearings and align components of machines. + Complete lay-outs and replace machinery parts. + Perform electrical installation and maintenance on electrical systems and equipment. + Diagnose and repair electronic controls and contact outside vendors/service technicians if necessary. **Hard Skills** + Diagnosing operating problems + Use of diagnostic tools + Working from drawings, specifications, and schematics + Fitting of bearings and spindles + Aligning machine components + Machining replacement parts + Electrical installation and maintenance + Diagnosing and repairing electronic controls **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position near Sussex, Wisconsin. **Work Environment** The work environment is a relatively new facility. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
