Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in MA to bring on a CNC Manager. This is a full-time, Direct Hire Position. **Salary:** $90,000-$110,000 depending on experience **Shift:** 7:00am – 3:30pm, OT may be available **Position** : CNC Manufacturing Floor Manager **Job Overview:** We are seeking an experienced and dynamic CNC Manufacturing Floor Manager to lead our production team. If you are adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we invite you to apply! **Key Responsibilities:** + Oversee daily operations of the CNC manufacturing floor, ensuring efficiency and productivity. + Manage and mentor a team of CNC operators, machinists, and support staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability. + Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands while optimizing resource utilization. + Monitor production processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices to enhance quality and efficiency. + Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all team members. + Collaborate with engineering and quality control teams to address any production issues and ensure adherence to specifications. + Manage inventory of materials and tools, ensuring availability for production needs. + Prepare and present reports on production performance, quality metrics, and team performance to upper management. **Skills and Qualifications:** + Proven experience managing a CNC manufacturing shop or similar environment. + Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff. + Excellent understanding of CNC machining processes, equipment, and programming. + Proficient in production planning and scheduling techniques. + Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances. + Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. + Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting. **Education and Experience:** + Minimum of 10 years of experience in CNC machining, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. + Technical degree or certification in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field preferred. **If you are interested in this position, please apply to this posting with an updated resume!** **Pay Details:** $90,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
