**Job Title: CNC Mill Machinist**
**Job Description**
As a CNC Mill Machinist, you will be responsible for performing your own setups, working with tight tolerances, and using quality inspection tools such as micrometers and calipers. You will work primarily on Haas and Seiki Mills, with occasional work on Makino Mills. This role requires the ability to perform difficult setups and read blueprints based on geometric tolerances. The Haas machines use Haas controls, while the Seiki machines use Fanuc controls. You will be handling short production runs, with some longer cycle runs, and may perform two or more setups in a day.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform own setups and operate CNC mills.
+ Work with tight tolerances of plus or minus .0005 inches or less.
+ Use quality inspection tools such as micrometers and calipers.
+ Read and interpret blueprints based on geometric tolerances.
+ Operate Haas machines with Haas controls and Seiki machines with Fanuc controls.
+ Handle short production runs and perform multiple setups daily.
**Essential Skills**
+ 2+ years of experience on a CNC Mill.
+ 2+ years of blueprint reading experience.
+ 2+ years of setup experience on a Mill.
+ Proficiency in CNC machining, blueprint reading, and machine setup.
+ Knowledge of G&M codes, vertical mills, and axis control.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ An Associate’s Degree in manufacturing or machine tool is a plus.
+ Experience in an ISO/AS setting is a plus.
+ Good attitude and willingness to learn.

**Work Environment**
You will work on the 1st shift from 6:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Thursday. This is a Permanent position based out of Grantsburg, Wisconsin.
