Job Description
We are seeking an experienced CNC Mill Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in setting up and operating CNC Mills in a production environment. This role requires proficiency in programming, quality checking, and operating multiple machines. You will be working in a state-of-the-art facility with a focus on product quality and consistency.
ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC MillsEnter and edit programs using a variety of controlsAdjust machine speeds and feeds as necessary.Operate in a cell of machines, typically managing 2-4 machines simultaneously.Check parts for quality using precision measuring equipment such as micrometers and calipers.Read blueprints and adjust machines accordingly.Perform quality checks and ensure parts meet specified tolerances.Essential Skills5+ years of CNC Mill Machining experience.Proficiency in mill setup and machining.Experience with G&M and conversational programming, including editing and creating new programs.Familiarity with Fanuc controls.Ability to read blueprints and make necessary adjustments to the machine.Skilled in using hand and power tools.Experience working with .002 tolerances.Capability to conduct own quality checks using personal micrometers and calipers.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
You will work the 1st shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM or 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Our facility has undergone significant upgrades, including a brand-new back section and a revamped operation with new machines. The working environment is clean, well-lit, and temperature-controlled, ensuring comfort and efficiency.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of CLEVELAND, Ohio.
