**Job Title: CNC Mill Machinist** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced CNC Mill Machinist to join our team at a large manufacturer of tools. In this role, you will be working on a new Hermle machine, running a 5-axis CNC mill, editing programs, and utilizing Siemens controls. You will be machining small and intricate parts, such as tool holders, inserts, and cutting tools, ranging from 2" to 6" parts. **Responsibilities** + Operate and run a 5-axis CNC mill machine + Edit programs and work with Siemens controls + Machining tool holders, inserts, and cutting tools + Perform setups and edits on the mill machine + Read and interpret blueprints + Ensure quality and precision in machining small parts + Work with various milling tools and controllers **Essential Skills** + 5+ years of experience with a CNC mill + 1+ years of experience with 5-axis machines + Proficient in performing setups and edits + Experience with Siemens controls and multiple controllers + Knowledge of different milling tools + Ability to read blueprints and understand G code **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with HAAS machines + Experience machining small parts less than an inch long/wide + Manual machining experience is a plus + Experience with both mill and lathe machines + Proficiency in using various milling tools **Why Work Here?** Our company is committed to investing in your growth and development. The facility is large, clean, and equipped with modern machinery. There are 11 machinists on the day shift, with 3 machinists operating 4 machines in your specific cell. The position is on the day shift, Monday to Friday, from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with an unpaid 30-minute lunch break. Steel toes, jeans, and safety glasses are required.
