Job Description
We are seeking two experienced CNC Milling Machinists to join our team on the 2nd shift. This role entails working from 4:30 pm to 2:30 am with a built-in overtime of a 50-hour work week. Training will initially take place on the 1st shift with a flexible schedule.
ResponsibilitiesMaintain specifications by observing tooling, taking measurements, detecting malfunctions, troubleshooting processes, adjusting controls, and replacing worn tools.Read and interpret customer blueprints and company operation sheets.Utilize machine control to set tools and enter offsets.Follow setup instructions including setting up fixtures, vices, and rotaries.Troubleshoot and work directly with programming and inspection to adjust CNC programs as required.Use inspection tools such as micrometers, calipers, and indicators as needed.Operate within AS9100/ISO9001 requirements including proper documentation, revision control, traceability, and lot control.Essential Skills3+ years of experience setting up and running milling machines.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Proficiency in setting up fixtures, changing over tooling, entering offsets, and using machine control.Experience with troubleshooting and adjusting CNC programs.Familiarity with inspection tools such as micrometers, calipers, and indicators.Knowledge of AS9100/ISO9001 requirements.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in advanced manufacturing is preferred.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
This is a typical production environment working on the shop floor in a machine shop setting. The 2nd shift schedule is Monday to Friday, 4:30 pm to 2:30 am.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $40.00
