**Job Title: CNC Milling Machinist** **Job Description** Seeking 2 CNC Milling Machinists to join our team on the 2nd shift. This role involves a work schedule from 4:30 pm to 2:30 am with built-in overtime for a 50-hour work week. Training will initially take place on the 1st shift with a flexible schedule. **Responsibilities** + Maintain specifications by observing tooling, taking measurements, detecting malfunctions, troubleshooting processes, adjusting controls, and replacing worn tools. + Read and interpret customer blueprints and company operation sheets. + Utilize Machine Control to set tools and enter offsets. + Follow setup instructions, including setting up fixtures, vices, and rotaries. + Troubleshoot and work directly with Programming and Inspection to adjust CNC programs as required. + Use inspection tools such as micrometers, calipers, and indicators as required. + Operate within AS9100/ISO9001 requirements, including proper documentation, revision control, traceability, and lot control. **Essential Skills** + 3+ years of experience setting up and running milling machines. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Proficiency in setting up fixtures, changing over tooling, and entering offsets. + Experience with Machine Control. + Knowledge of AS9100/ISO9001 requirements. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with inspection tools such as micrometers and calipers. **Why Work Here?** We offer standard and competitive benefits, including 3 medical plans, HSA, FSA, life insurance, accident/hospital policy, 401k match, 3 weeks of vacation (1 of which is sick time), and insurance active on the 1st of the month.
