**Job Title: CNC Mill Machinist** **Job Description** + The CNC Machinist is responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC milling equipment. + This position is for a hands-on problem solver, who is detail oriented, and able to work with minimal support. + Main focus will be doing G&M programming **Responsibilities** + Set up, program, and operate CNC milling equipment + Read and interpret blueprints + Troubleshoot and resolve issues with CNC milling machines + Ensure precision and accuracy in machining processes + Collaborate with team members to meet production goals **Why Work Here?** Our company offers a beautiful work environment with flexible hours. The 1st shift has a flexible start time between 5:30am-7:30am and an 8-10 hour shift from there. The 2nd shift runs from 3pm-12am, Monday through Friday, with built-in overtime. Currently, most employees are working a minimum of 50 hours a week due to workload, but there is flexibility in how these hours are completed. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $72800.00 Beautiful company, flexible with people's hours.
