Cnc Mill Machinist
**Job Title: CNC Mill Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Operator to set up and run various machinery, including mills, saws, and inspection techniques. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing secondary operations, deburring parts, and adhering to all health and safety regulations. **Responsibilities** + Set up and run CNC mills, saws, and other machinery. + Perform secondary operations as required, including deburring parts. + Communicate essential information to the production leader or supervisor as needed. + Perform duties of similar complexity as assigned by cell leader, production leader, or supervisor. + Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including 5S responsibilities. **Essential Skills** + Experience with CNC lathe and mill operations. + Proficiency in reading blueprints. + Knowledge of machinist practices, Fanuc systems, lathe setup, and lathe operation. + Ability to read, follow, and understand prints and work instructions. + Problem-solving skills for dealing with a variety of work situations. + Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and decimals. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education. + Completion of a blueprint reading course. + Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent, and to draw and interpret bar graphs. **Why Work Here?** This position offers a long-term opportunity, as we are looking to backfill employees who will be retiring in the next five years.
