**Job Title: Setup Machinist** **Job Description** We are looking for a skilled setup machinist to program and machine parts for various machine fixtures. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and programming Haas VF4 machines, setting up manual Bridgeport electronic lathes with digital readouts (training provided), machining custom parts from blueprints, handling program edits, tooling changes, troubleshooting, and shutting down the machine. You will complete 5-10 setups per day and inspect parts visually and with micrometers, calipers, gauge pins, and thread pins. **Hard Skills** + 2+ years of setup experience with Mills + 2+ years working with MasterCAM + Read, interpret, and follow basic blueprints, cut lists, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications + Math skills to take precise measurements and make calculations **Job Type** This is a permanent, direct hire position. **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Saint Paul, Minnesota. **Work Environment** Custom job shop that is a clean, well-lit, and organized facility with a comfortable climate year-round. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
