Key Responsibilities

Programming & Machining

Setup and Operate  Multi-axis CNC Milling machines (Haas) for efficient and accurate production. Machine complex parts to exact specifications and tight tolerances.

Setup & Operation

Perform machine setup, including loading programs, tool changes, and adjustments. Operate CNC milling machines and ensure optimal performance across production runs. Apply knowledge of speeds and feeds for a variety of materials to achieve high-quality results.

Quality Assurance

Collaborate with the Quality Department to verify proper procedures for part measurement and inspection. Utilize precision measuring tools to inspect and ensure parts meet required specifications. Review and confirm the accuracy of production documents and material compliance with specifications.

Technical Proficiency

Demonstrate strong skills in interpreting and working from mechanical drawings. Apply basic mathematical skills to solve machining challenges effectively. Troubleshoot and optimize processes for efficiency and quality. Qualifications Proficiency in setting up and operating CNC Milling machines, with a focus on Haas equipment preferred. Experience in setting up and running multi-axis CNC machines. Strong understanding of precision measuring equipment and machining techniques. Excellent ability to interpret mechanical drawings and work with tight tolerances. Knowledge of material types and machining parameters, including speeds and feeds. Why Join Us?
