Job Description:
Performs day-to-day machine operations in a machine center production environment to produce titanium
parts.
- Regularly partners with CNC Operators I-III
- Interfaces with quality assurance and quality control to maintain quality of work produced
- Perform standard shop computations relating to dimensions of work
- Regular utilization of a wide variety of precision measuring instruments.

Basic English proficiency at a High School level both in oral communications and reading comprehensionAbility to work directly from blueprints and drawingsTechnical skills to produce a finished screw machine part after the machine is set up.Independently load a bar stock and change tools such as center drill without assistance.Capable of performing tool offsets in order to make a part according to blueprintBasic data entry skills and familiarity with PC. SAP skills a plus.Comfortable with use of screw machine production electronic documentation system.Ability to operate one or more types of machineAbility to perform simple set-ups on one or more types of machinesCritical Experience:
