**Job Title: CNC Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. The role involves the daily operation of a variety of CNC machines for the production of garage door parts. You will perform basic setups, offsets, and changeovers on lathes or mills, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes. **Responsibilities** + Operate a variety of CNC machines for production of garage door parts. + Perform basic setups, offsets, and changeovers on CNC lathes or mills. + Run a variety of CNC machines and rotate machinery as needed. + Ensure the quality of produced parts by performing inspections using calipers and micrometers. + Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized and clean work environment. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of experience running CNC mills or lathes. + Proficiency in performing basic setups, changeovers, and offsets. + Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers. + Strong understanding of machining and CNC operations. **Work Environment** You will work in a clean, organized environment with no micromanagement. The role offers two shifts: 1st shift from 4:30am to 3:00pm (4 days a week), and 2nd shift from 3:00pm to 1:30am (Monday to Thursday) with a 3-day weekend. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
