**CNC Router Operator** **Description:** We are seeking a CNC Router Operator to join our team at a nationwide plastics distributor and fabricator located in Londonderry. This facility is one of two fabricating locations in the country. The ideal candidate will have CNC operator experience and machine operating experience, with some CNC tooling and programming skills. Experience in a small machine shop is preferred. The role involves using CNC routers and cutters for plastics fabrication, bending, and design. The candidate will prioritize workflow based on customer needs and must be able to identify quality issues such as depth inaccuracies in design. **Skills:** + CNC operator experience + Machine operating experience + CNC tooling and programming + Plastics fabrication + Quality control + Teamwork + Adaptability + Attention to detail **Work Environment** Small machining shop with assembly area, 4 router/milling machines, and a large shipping area. The team consists of 4 people, requiring everyone to work closely together. The shop is clean, not overly loud, and maintains a collaborative environment. The busiest time of year is from October to April, requiring longer hours and some overtime. **Shift options are 7AM-4PM or 8AM-5PM** .
