CNC Operator
**Job Title: CNC Machinist Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will utilize lifting devices such as overhead cranes to move large parts, and equipment to handle material, and operate a variety of CNC Machines including Horizontal and Vertical Mills. You will be responsible for operating various machines in a team environment. **Responsibilities** + Operate and load a variety of CNC Machines including Horizontal and Vertical Mills. + Calculate dimensions and tolerances using knowledge of mathematics and quality tools. + Align and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials onto machines. + Understand and utilize controls to regulate machining or enter commands to retrieve, input, or edit computerized machine control media. + Use lifting devices to move large parts safely. **Essential Skills** + Experience operating CNC Machines. + Ability to understand Start, Stop, and Recovering program language. + Ability to understand written standard work instructions and blueprints. + 2+ years of relevant experience as an operator in a manufacturing environment. + Positive Attitude. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High school diploma or GED typically required. + Experience with machine tool brands such as EDMG MORI, Mazak, JTekt, Giddings & Lewis, Landis Grinder systems, Junker Grinder systems, Waldrich-Coburg, Burkhardt+Weber, SW Twin Spindle machines, and Stama Twin Spindle machines. + Familiarity with controllers like Fanuc, Siemens, and proprietary systems (such as Landis grinders). + Experience with ABB or Fanuc Robots. **Why Work Here?** Join a team that values your skills and offers opportunities for growth.
