Cnc Operator
**Job Title: CNC Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking entry level and more experienced CNC Operator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting CNC machines to ensure the production of high-quality components. You will play a key role in both Level I and Level II operations, performing tasks that range from loading materials to making precise adjustments and conducting in-process inspections. **Responsibilities** + Load machines, inspect products, and record measurements. + replace tools, troubleshoot issues, and make measurements. + Operate and set up machines, load programs, and interpret blueprints. + Participate in process improvement and maintain work areas. + Follow instructions, report status, and ensure quality. + Comply with ISO standards and safety procedures. + Communicate effectively and submit paperwork. + Align with organizational values and maintain attendance. + Perform other tasks as assigned. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency with measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges + Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and basic geometry + Basic computer skills + Experience with CNC machines including lathes, mills, and setup operations + Experience reading blueprints and using precision measuring equipment **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Swiss lathe experience is helpful + Experience working in manufacturing with trade terminology and nomenclature **Why Work Here?** We offer a 90-business-day contract with a pay increase upon direct hire, excellent medical, dental, and vision benefits, a 401k match, paid holidays, and opportunities for career advancement. **Work Environment** 100% of work takes place inside an industrial office/warehouse environment. Employees work in proximity to moving machinery, mechanical parts, and vehicles, and may have exposure to prolonged loud noise, including sirens, horns, and tooling. There may also be handling of hazardous materials or exposure to toxic chemicals, biological hazards, and airborne fumes. The noise level is usually mild to moderate 75% of the time.
