**Job Title: CNC Machine Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machinery, ensuring parts meet specifications, and maintaining a high level of quality control. This position involves working within OSHA and ISO standards and performing daily preventative maintenance duties. **Responsibilities** + Read and complete machine set-up sheets. + Set up machines for production use. + Assist with quality control plan details. + Follow 1st piece inspection procedure. + Acquire parts to be machined. + Read blueprints, job orders, and tooling instructions to understand production requirements. + Machine parts to required specifications. + Inspect machined pieces to verify conformance to specifications. + Move parts to designated areas. + Replace worn tooling as needed. + Remove and return tooling upon job completion. + Suggest machining methods to improve job efficiency. + Work within OSHA and ISO standards. + Perform daily preventative maintenance duties. **Essential Skills** + Experience with CNC machinery + Proficiency with calipers and micrometers + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and tooling instructions + Experience in machine set-up + 5+ years of CNC experience + 2+ years of experience at each previous company **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with machine shop environment + Knowledge of quality control procedures + Experience on 1st and 2nd shifts **Why Work Here?** We offer opportunities for growth and ample overtime opportunities.
