Job Description
We are seeking a mid-level CNC Operator to join our team as a Manufacturing Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating conversational 3-axis CNC Machines, supporting engineering staff, and performing various assembly processes. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our engineering team to build and test thermal products for the aerospace industry.
ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate conversational 3-axis CNC Machines.Load programs, change offsets, and understand X, Y, and Z axes.Use micrometers, calipers, and gauges proficiently.Support engineering staff in the design, fabrication, and testing of thermal products.Braze or solder thermal products and support hardware.Install hardware, including Heli-coils, threaded inserts, pins, and screws.Assist in the development and qualification of production fixtures and tooling.Perform preventative maintenance on equipment when necessary.Perform other tasks outside of operating the CNC machine, such as soldering and testing parts.Additional Skills & QualificationsSolidWorks or other CAD experience is preferred.Experience with metalworking such as machining, soldering, brazing, and welding.Hands-on fabrication and troubleshooting of assembly processes and test stands.Maintain an effective working pace to help the team complete projects on time.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $26.00
