Job Description
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator responsible for the operation of CNC mills and lathes. The ideal candidate will perform basic offsets and conduct quality checks using micrometers and calipers. The ability to read and interpret blueprints is essential for this role.

Work Environment
This role is for the 2nd shift, which runs from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM. Initial training will occur on the 1st shift for 1-2 months, from 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The work environment is a smaller shop with a total of 6 people currently, expanding to 4 people on the 2nd shift when fully staffed. The CNC shop is equipped with approximately 10 machines.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Morton Grove, Illinois.
