Job Description

As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC equipment and waterjet machinery. You will verify settings by measuring positions, tool offsets, and tool positions. Your role includes maintaining equipment through preventive maintenance, inspecting and approving products before they are sent to the next department, and performing and documenting required quality control procedures. Additionally, you will be responsible for reading and attaching appropriate labels and tags to products and performing different job functions on a rotating basis.

Work Environment

This position operates in an industrial environment. The work schedule includes two positions on 1st shift (Monday to Friday, 6:30am - 4:30pm) and three positions on 3rd shift (Monday to Friday, 6:30pm - 4:30am). The environment can be hot, and safety gear such as gloves, a glass cutting shirt, and a hardhat will be provided and must be worn at all times.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lithia Springs, Georgia.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00
