Job Description
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machinery, ensuring parts meet specifications, and maintaining a high level of quality control. This position involves working within OSHA and ISO standards and performing daily preventative maintenance duties.
ResponsibilitiesRead and complete machine set-up sheets.Set up machines for production use.Assist with quality control plan details.Follow 1st piece inspection procedure.Acquire parts to be machined.Read blueprints, job orders, and tooling instructions to understand production requirements.Machine parts to required specifications.Inspect machined pieces to verify conformance to specifications.Move parts to designated areas.Replace worn tooling as needed.Remove and return tooling upon job completion.Suggest machining methods to improve job efficiency.Work within OSHA and ISO standards.Perform daily preventative maintenance duties.Essential SkillsExperience with CNC machineryProficiency with calipers and micrometersAbility to read and interpret blueprints and tooling instructionsExperience in machine set-up5+ years of CNC experience2+ years of experience at each previous companyAdditional Skills & QualificationsExperience with machine shop environmentKnowledge of quality control proceduresExperience on 1st and 2nd shiftsWhy Work Here?

Work Environment
The position is based in a machine shop environment, adhering to OSHA and ISO standards. You will be working with advanced CNC machinery and tools, with opportunities to work on both 1st and 2nd shifts.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00
