**HIRING CNC Operator & Programmers** **Responsibilities** + Operate CNC equipment, including saws and brake press, for metal bending. + Change programs for each run and manipulate the CNC control panel. + Utilize computer-based programs and measuring equipment. + Interpret and identify digital 3D drawings, and reprogram machines as necessary. + Meet overall and daily production goals for respective departments. + Utilize hoists and team lifts to move larger pieces of sheet metal or glass material. + Perform tasks such as material handling or cleaning if required. **Essential Skills** + Strong mechanical aptitude + Proficiency in reading a tape measure + Experience in metal fabrication + Experience in setting up, running, and manning machines + Ability to interpret and identify digital 3D drawings **Why Work Here?** Work in a family-type environment where employees are valued and supported.
