We are seeking a entry level and experienced CNC Machinists/Operators to load machines, inspect products, and record measurement results.
Main responsibilities will include:
Making offset adjustments, troubleshooting minor issues, interpreting blueprints, and actively participating in process improvement.The role involves setting up and maintaining work areas, ensuring compliance with ISO Quality Standards, and adhering to safety protocols.The candidate will operate within a dynamic team environment, ensuring quality control, and maintaining equipment and materials.Pay rate : $20 - $36 per hour – weekly pay.

6:00AM – 6:00PM (Friday – Sunday)6:00PM – 6:00AM (Friday –Sunday)3:55PM – 2:30AM (Monday – Thursday)Location : Monroe, WA
Skills & Qualification :
Minimum 6 months to 1-year of experience in manufacturing & measuring tools.Must be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), as required.Working command of the English language with the ability to communicate orally and in writing.Must have a High School Diploma/GED or trade/technical certification.Experience working in manufacturing with trade terminology and nomenclature.Experience reading blueprints and using precision measuring equipment.Work Environment :
100% of work takes place inside an industrial office/warehouse environment.Employees work in proximity to moving machinery, mechanical parts, and vehicles and may have exposure to prolonged loud noise, including sirens, horns, and tooling.Employees may handle hazardous material or have exposure to toxic or caustic chemicals, biological hazards, and airborne fumes.The noise level is usually mild to moderate 75% of the time.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $36.00
