**Job Title: CNC Machine Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts and instruments. This role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to read blueprints, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety. **Responsibilities** + Read and complete machine setup sheets. + Set up machines for production use. + Assist with quality control plan details. + Follow first piece inspection procedures. + Acquire parts to be machined. + Read blueprints, job orders, and tooling instructions for production requirements. + Machine parts to required specifications. + Inspect machined pieces to verify conformance to specifications. + Move parts to designated areas. + Replace worn tooling as needed. + Remove and return tooling when the job is complete. + Suggest machining methods to improve job efficiency. + Work within OSHA and ISO standards. + Perform daily preventative maintenance duties. **Essential Skills** + Experience with CNC machines. + Proficiency with calipers and micrometers. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and tooling instructions. + 5+ years of CNC experience. + 2+ years of experience at each previous company. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with machine setup is a plus but not required. **Why Work Here?** We offer a growth-oriented environment with ample opportunities for overtime.
