**Job Title: CNC Operator** **Job Description** Perform fabrication, cutting, grinding, sanding, and bonding of FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastics) components. Perform sandblasting and paint prep operations for various metallic and non-metallic components. Perform welding of HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) plastic by hand and with a Hydraulic Fusion machine to required specifications. Process parts on a 3-axis CNC, including basic setup, machine start/stop, removal of parts from the machine, and clean up and deburring of cut parts. Utilize band saw, table saw, or drill press for part processing. Use a variety of precision measuring instruments and gauges. **Responsibilities** + Perform fabrication, cutting, grinding, sanding, and bonding of FRP components. + Conduct sandblasting and paint preparation for various materials. + Weld HDPE plastic by hand and with a Hydraulic Fusion machine. + Process parts on a 3-axis CNC, including setup, operation, and cleanup. + Utilize band saw, table saw, or drill press for processing parts. + Use precision measuring instruments and gauges. **Essential Skills** + 1-3 years of manufacturing experience. + Education equivalent to a High School Diploma. + Mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. + Ability to read and understand blueprints, specifications, and routings. + Good oral and written communication skills in English. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with troubleshooting CNC machines. + Proficiency with calipers. **Why Work Here?** Join a team that values precision, innovation, and dedication.
