Job Description
The CNC Mill Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating Haas and OKUMA machinery to complete production runs. This role requires a focus on quality over quantity due to the long production runs per part. The machinist will need to read blueprints to complete setups, change tooling, inserts, jaws, and perform product inspections. Experience with GD&T and 4-5 axis machining is essential. This will pay $20-25 depending on experience.

Work Environment
The work environment includes a well-organized and clean machine shop with 24 CNC machines, primarily Haas equipment, including a mix of mills and lathes. The machining department is part of a larger facility that also includes departments for fabrication, packing, assembly, and welding. The first shift operates from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, and the second shift from 2:30/3:30 PM to 2:00 AM with a 10% shift premium when permanent. Additionally, the first shift works from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, plus 5 hours on Saturday if necessary. The second shift operates from 3:00 PM to 2:30 AM, Monday through Friday, plus 5 hours on Saturday if necessary, with a 10% shift differential when permanent.
