**Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator for our 1st shift (7am - 3:30pm). The ideal candidate will be responsible for the setup and operation of Press Brake or Laser Machines (Mitsubishi) and will utilize their strong math skills in the role. The candidate must be proficient in fraction and decimal conversions and be knowledgeable about gauges and thickness of metals. **This role requires operating CNC laser cutting machines or Press Brake Machines and navigating CNC controls. Quality control of parts is also a key responsibility.** **Responsibilities** + Set up and operate Press Brake or Laser Machine (Mitsubishi) + Utilize math skills, including fraction and decimal conversions + Understand gauges and thickness of metals + Operate CNC laser cutting machine or Press Brake Machine + Navigate through CNC controls + Perform quality control on parts + Work well with others in a team environment **Essential Skills** + Experience in a job shop/fabrication environment + Proficiency in fractions and decimals and their conversions + Understanding of gauges and thickness of metals + Knowledge of CNC controls + Mathematics knowledge + Fabrication background + Ability to work well with others **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $29.00/hr.
