**Job Title: CNC Setup Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will operate CNC screw machines with a high level of precision and attention to detail, ensuring the production of small, intricate parts used in dental equipment. This position requires an understanding of CNC machining, tooling, and inspection techniques. **Responsibilities** + Work within tight tolerance ranges with a high level of precision and attention to detail. + Utilize measuring devices such as calipers, micrometers, comparators, plug, and ring gauges for inspection and gaging. + Understand tooling required for CNC processes. + Possess strong tool knowledge, blueprint reading, tolerance, and program understanding. + Perform work safely and efficiently. **Essential Skills** + High School Diploma or Equivalent. + At least one year's experience in the operation of CNC Swiss Screw Machines (Mill or Lathe setup will be considered). + Knowledge of equipment operation routines, basic shop math, and precision measuring instruments (both manual and digital). + Good mechanical aptitude, machine debugging, and problem-solving skills. + Ability to stand and perform repetitive activities for sustained periods. + Proficiency in using personal computers, including Windows-based applications. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with Oracle, SAP, or similar inventory control systems is a plus. **Why Work Here?** Contractors will qualify for paid holidays after the first 90 days of employment, including 11 paid holidays and 15 days of PTO. The 2nd shift hours are from 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM, Monday through Thursday, with optional overtime on Fridays. Training will be conducted for a few weeks on the 1st shift from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday. A modified training schedule is available for candidates who cannot train on the 1st shift. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lancaster, Pennsylvania. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
