**Job Title: CNC Machine Operator** **Job Description** Operate CNC machines in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include loading raw material into the machine, using micrometers and calipers to inspect parts, and reading basic work instructions. Some machines are automatic with robotic arms. **Responsibilities** + Operate CNC machines efficiently and safely. + Load raw materials into CNC machines. + Utilize micrometers and calipers to inspect parts as they come off the machine. + Read and follow basic work instructions. + Handle and manage materials in the manufacturing process. + Ensure quality inspection of parts produced. **Essential Skills** + Experience in a manufacturing environment. + Proficiency in CNC machine operation. + Ability to perform quality inspections using micrometers and calipers. + Mechanical inclination with at least 6+ months of relevant experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with various CNC machines (CNC Mills/Lathes, Routers, injection mold, extrusion, printing). + Interest and enthusiasm in learning CNC operations. + 6+ months of manufacturing experience or mechanical work (lube tech, construction, shop class). **Why Work Here?** This opportunity offers a $3 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts. Despite the building's older exterior, the interior is well-maintained and equipped with up-to-date machinery. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cambridge, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
