**Job Title: CNC Operator** **Job Description** We have immediate openings for reliable and hard-working individuals on our 1st and 2nd shifts as CNC Operators. A CNC Operator is responsible for following the instructions of the M-Order, pick-up sheet, and blueprints provided to manufacture high-quality parts within set tolerances. **Responsibilities** + Load and run parts while maintaining quality production standards. + Work with Lead/Quality to ensure first article inspection has been completed. + Operate one or more CNC machines depending on cycle time. + Clock on and off jobs accurately in an electronic clocking system. + Read and understand manufacturing orders. + Use and read various types of measuring equipment with a high degree of accuracy. + Operate various hand tools, tooling fixtures, and machines such as saws, grinders, drills, drill presses, belt sanders, slotters, and shears. + Work as required. + Be punctual and reliable. + Perform other duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + Good mathematical skills. + Ability to read basic blueprints. + Work to tolerances of +-.002. + Use various types of measuring equipment. + Work as a team player. + CNC Machine shop background. + Knowledge of Fanuc Controls. + Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted. + Effective written and oral communication skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with HAAS/Fadal machining centers and in Aerospace manufacturing is a plus. + Experienced in operating a variety of equipment, including CNC machines, Bridgeport Mills, and small hand tools. + Ability to prioritize tasks and follow specified procedures. **Why Work Here?** Join our team and enjoy a supportive and collaborative work environment.
