CNC Operator
CNC Machine Operators are responsible for the setup and operations of machining equipment to produce finished products. We have open positions on 1st & 3rd shifts starting pay is $17-$18.00 based on shift. The positions are temp-to-direct after completing 480 hours.

Temp-to-Hire position$17.00 to $18.00 /hourFull Time work availableVarious shifts available (Monday through Friday)Operation of multi-axis CNC equipment such as Horizontal & Vertical Machining Centers, Gear Hobbing Machines, and CNC Lathes with live tooling.Machine product per drawing specs and QA Best Practices.Setup and run cell’s equipment with the right CNC programs, tooling, and fixtures for each job.Read sketches and blueprints and translate into machine set-up.Check first piece machined and make adjustments to attain product specifications.Ensure Product Quality by performing periodic visual and dimensional inspections.Report production rates, machine utilization, quality issues, yield and efficiency for each machine.Load/Unload parts utilizing overhead crane of lift truck.Perform preventive maintenance to the equipment.Support maintenance on major repairs.1st shift, 7am-3:30pm, $17/hr3rd shift, 11pm-7:30am, $18/hrCNC Operator Qualifications:
