**Job Title: Machine Operator**
**Job Description**
The Machine Operator is responsible for running a manual machine or manual manufacturing process. This role involves operating various types of manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality products while adhering to budgeted production costs.
**Responsibilities**
+ Manufacture sufficient quantities of quality products at or below budgeted production costs to meet marketplace demand.
+ Set up equipment operation feed, speed, and temperature following established procedures for operating conventional and/or CNC manufacturing equipment.
+ Perform tasks such as cutting, punching, forming, drilling, tapping, turning, milling, and stamping to fabricate, form, or shape manufactured parts, tools, or parts assemblies from raw materials.
+ Select and measure raw materials and parts to specifications in preparation for production processing.
+ Resolve issues related to production, machinery, processing, and/or packaging operations.
+ Handle responsibilities within the Manufacturing/Operations Function as a generalist or in a combination of disciplines.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with manufacturing, hand and power tools, and machine operation.
+ Knowledge of CNC programming and machining.
+ Experience in a manufacturing facility.
+ Experience with CNC, lathe, mill, machining, calipers, CNC mill, CNC lathe, micrometre, programming, manual, Fanuc, Haas, tooling, axis, Mazak, and milling.
+ High school diploma or GED.
+ 1-2 years of work experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
+ Prior relevant training or work experience.

**Work Environment**
The work environment is climate-controlled. The role offers shifts on the 2nd shift (3pm-11:30pm with a $0.33 differential) and the 3rd shift (11pm-7:30am with a $0.55 differential). Training will take place on the 1st shift for approximately 3-6 weeks.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $40000.00 - $50000.00/yr.
$20-$23/hr DOE

This is a fully onsite position in Rogers,AR.
