**Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description** Responsible for running a manual machine or manual manufacturing process to produce quality products. This role involves operating various conventional and CNC manufacturing equipment to fabricate, form, or shape parts from raw materials. **Responsibilities** + Manufacture sufficient quantities of quality products at or below budgeted production costs to meet marketplace demand. + Set up equipment operation feed, speed, and temperature according to established procedures. + Operate various conventional and CNC manufacturing equipment for tasks such as cutting, punching, forming, drilling, tapping, turning, milling, and stamping. + Select and measure raw materials and parts to specifications in preparation for production processing. + Resolve issues related to production, machinery, processing, and packaging operations. + Perform generalist duties within the Manufacturing/Operations Function or in a combination of Disciplines. **Essential Skills** + Experience with manufacturing and machine operation. + Proficiency in using hand and power tools. + Knowledge of CNC programming and machining. + Experience with CNC lathe, mill, machining, calipers, micrometre, and programming. + Familiarity with manual, Fanuc, Haas, tooling, axis, Mazak, and milling. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High School diploma or GED. + 1-2 years of work experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. + Relevant training or work experience. **Why Work Here?** We offer competitive hourly rates based on experience, PTO accrual, health insurance, and tuition reimbursement. Available shifts include 2nd shift (3pm-11:30pm with a 0.33 cent differential), 3rd shift (11pm-7:30am with a 0.55 cent differential), and 12-hour rotating shifts. Training will be conducted on the 1st shift for about 3-6 weeks. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rogers, Arkansas. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
